30-Day Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your NordiCozy purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@nordicozy.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location
5. You'll receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges! Just email us at returns@nordicozy.com and we'll send you the new item right away, no need to wait for the return to arrive.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
